WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept any major credit card. ( Visa | Mastercard | Discover | American Express | Paypal ) All payments are done on a secure page and we do not store your card details nor share your information with any third parties.

CAN I PAY WITH OTHER CURRENCY?

All our prices are in CAD (Canadian dollars) but you can pay in any currency. Your bank will deduct the amount equal to your order-total, all automatically. You need to check with your preferred payment method for the exact rates, as these change.

WHY ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES SO MUCH?

All prices are according to what Canada Post charges for their services. 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If you reside in a remote/rural area, please contact us before you place your order to ensure your package arrives safely.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are a custom clothing company. Every order is manufactured when the order is placed, we cannot cancel any orders after products are processed and begin fulfillment. If you have ANY problems or questions, please ask us before you place the order.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Not all packages will have a tracking number. Decals and small items are sent regular post in a flat envelope which means they do not have a tracking number. Once your order has finished being fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable). You will be able to track your items through Canadapost.ca / USPS.com or your local post office.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER - WHERE IS IT?!

Production time: All items are made to order - this means that they produced as soon as payment is received.

Shipping time: Canadian domestic orders take 2-7 business days. International deliveries take 15-45 business days. Please allow these timeframes before contacting us about a missing order.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND - the above numbers are AVERAGES and DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKEND DAYS (Saturdays & Sundays). Arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances like shipping or extra processing time during production. Tracking numbers/Customs numbers are provided when the order is shipped.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

As all orders are custom, returns/exchanges are not accepted at this time. You can review our return policy here.

MY ITEM(S) ARRIVED DAMAGED!

Please contact us right away if your items have arrived damaged. All orders are quality checked before being sent to you - all seams, print quality and general garment appearance is looked over personally by our owner. Each item is inspected before it is sent out. If your item was damaged during shipping, please report this immediately so it can be processed. As each situation is unique, we will do our best to be accommodating. If you are an international customer, customs officials for your country can lawfully open all mail and look through it. We declare items as merchandise, which means there will probably be an import fee or custom charge, depending on the country you live in. As a buyer, you are responsible for such fees.

HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR ITEMS?

All of our clothing items are printed with a heat sublimation technique. This is different than screen printing - it prints the design right into the fabric, whereas screen printing methods print on the surface of the fabric. Heat sublimation guarantees a longer life of the garments when cared for properly.

WHY DO THE ITEMS TAKE SO LONG TO MAKE?

All items are produced when ordered and made by hand. Clothing items are printed by a small company overseas and then shipped to Jennie Mae (the owner) and she sews them together. International shipping can take some time, this is most of the reason why orders take longer than other companies.

THE COLOR ON THE WEBSITE DOESN'T LOOK THE SAME WHAT I ORDERED!

Please keep in mind the product previews are simulations of the actual product. This is to give you a better overall impression of how the item will look. They are for reference only. The actual products may vary slightly in color from preview. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

HELP - I DON'T KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER!

Each item has a size chart for reference. It is recommended that you follow the inch measurement (instead of the US size) because it is more accurate. All of our items have a decent amount of spandex (stretch)  in them (unless otherwise noted in the item description) so you can rely on it to have some stretch.

Items noted below run tight/small:

  • long sleeve crop tops - going up one size is recommended
  • swim suits - leg holes on full body swim suits can be a bit tight, up sizing is recommended

WHY DID SOME OF MY ITEMS SHIP SEPARATE?

Most of our items are handmade, but some of our items are produced by a drop shipping service provided by a company called Printful. A drop shipping service is where the item is made on demand when you order it and shipped straight from the production facility. If you purchase a t-shirt or hoodie, they will be fulfilled separate from other items in your order. You will still have tracking numbers for all items in your order.
