ORDER PRODUCTION

The production period for custom imprinted products is estimated to be 5-20 business days. On the occasion that a product style is on back order, production time may be extended. Orders produced within this reasonable, stated period are not returnable or refundable. Once production is complete your order will be shipped immediately. Most orders will be provided a tracking number/customs number to track it through the mailing system. Standard shipping is with Canada Post / The United States Postal Service (USPS).

ITEM FABRICATION

Our products are fabricated and finished by hand; variations in size, shape, and color are a natural result of this process. On the jewelry, some tooling marks and surface scratches may be present and are part of the character of some of the finished pieces. Our products are not recommended for commercial use. Please keep in mind the product previews are simulations of the actual product. This is to give you a better overall impression of how the item will look. They are for reference only. The actual products may vary slightly in color from preview. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

ITEM CARE
