As each item is custom made when ordered, RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED at this time. Please be mindful when placing your order.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the unique nature of all custom made orders (any designs, images, logos, characters or special merchandises which are used), cancellation is not possible once production begins.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Each item is inspected before it is sent out. If your item was damaged during shipping, please report this immediately so it can be processed. As each situation is unique, we will do our best to be accommodating.
